The zone was once a village, which was relocated to promote wildlife conservation, and today, it has transformed into a flourishing ecosystem. The Jhirna Forest Rest House within the zone offers a rustic and immersive stay experience for those wishing to spend more time in nature.
Jeep safaris in the Jhirna Zone are conducted in two shifts – morning and evening, accompanied by trained guides and naturalists. Entry is through the Dhela Gate, and advance booking is recommended, especially during weekends and peak seasons.
